Managing responses
Track RSVP responses, meal choices, dietary notes, and pending guests from the workspace.
Overview
RSVP responses appear in the Guests workspace after guests submit the public form or after you update guest records directly.
Key concepts
Responses are event-specific. A guest can attend one event, decline another, and remain pending for a third.
The Guests table also tracks dietary notes, accessibility needs, meal choices, plus-one flags, hidden guests, and household grouping.
A host-created named +1 can attend an event only when their linked primary guest attends that event. Changing the primary response to declined also changes an attending fixed companion to declined for that event. RSVP-created open +1 occupants remain replaceable through the public RSVP flow.
How it works
Use the Guests table columns and filters to review response status by event. Stats summarize invited, attending, declined, and pending counts.
Common workflow
- Open Guests.
- Choose visible columns for the events you care about.
- Filter RSVP status or invitation status.
- Review meal choices and guest profile notes.
- Follow up with pending guests outside Cordially if needed.
Notes and limitations
Cordially does not currently send automated reminder emails from the RSVP table.
