Event RSVPs
Configure which events collect RSVP responses, meal choices, and custom guest answers.
Overview
Event RSVP settings determine what guests can answer during the RSVP flow.
Key concepts
An event can be public, RSVP-enabled, both, or neither. RSVP-enabled events can include meal preferences and custom questions.
Meal preferences are modeled as a question for the event, and answers are stored with guest RSVP data.
How it works
Open an event, enable RSVP collection, and configure any optional questions. Then invite guests to that event from the Guests page.
Common workflow
- Enable RSVP for the event.
- Add meal options if the event needs meal choices.
- Add custom household or guest questions if needed.
- Invite guests to the event.
- Preview the RSVP flow.
Notes and limitations
Guests only answer questions for events they are invited to. If an event is not RSVP-enabled, it does not collect responses.
