Guests overview
Manage invitees, households, imports, bulk actions, invitations, RSVP status, meal choices, and guest profile details.
Overview
Guests is the operational table for your invitees and RSVP status.
Key concepts
Each row represents a guest. Guests can belong to a household, be invited to one or more events, and have RSVP responses, meal choices, dietary notes, accessibility notes, and internal flags.
The table supports event-specific invitation and RSVP columns so you can see who is invited, pending, attending, or declined for each event. Saved households also keep an explicit member order.
How it works
Add or edit guests from the Guests page. Choose whether a guest belongs to a household, mark the events they are invited to, and update response details when needed. You can also review CSV or XLSX imports before applying them, export the current list, reorder household members, and use reviewed bulk actions for visibility, event invitations, grouping, or deletion.
Common workflow
- Add events first.
- Add guests manually or review a CSV/XLSX import.
- Organize households and mark event invitations.
- Watch RSVP and invitation-email status update.
- Use filters, columns, exports, and reviewed bulk actions to manage the list.
Notes and limitations
Guest and RSVP data is workspace data, not website copy. Changes are operational and are not controlled by the website draft publish flow. Exported spreadsheets are portable records, not a lossless backup of every internal relationship; always review a later re-import before confirming it.
