Overview
The workspace is the private area where you manage your wedding website and wedding operations.
Key concepts
Workspace pages include Home, Guests, Events, Emails, Settings, the website editor, and the dedicated Save the Date editor. Product updates are published in the public docs changelog.
The workspace also knows your role and paid status, which affects what actions are available.
How it works
The workspace loads your accessible account, site, role, and capabilities after you sign in. Owners and editors can both work on content, guests, and events. Owner-only areas include billing, collaborators, domains, and workspace deletion.
Common workflow
Use Home for the workspace overview, Guests for invitee tracking and imports, Events for schedule and RSVP event setup, Emails for Save the Date and Wedding Invitation campaigns, and the editors for website or Save the Date content and design. Use Settings for account, workspace, billing, collaborators, domains, and RSVP access settings.
Notes and limitations
Unpaid workspaces are demo workspaces. Some pages remain available for exploration, but real write operations are paid-workspace behavior.
