Billing overview

Learn how Cordially billing works and how to upgrade your workspace.

Overview

Every Cordially workspace starts as a free demo, allowing you to design and explore your wedding website. When you are ready to publish your website for guests to see and use, you can upgrade your workspace with a simple, one-time payment.

One-time payment

Cordially does not charge a recurring subscription. You pay once to unlock your workspace forever, giving you full access to all tools through your wedding day and beyond.

Unlocked features

Upgrading your workspace unlocks the complete set of tools to launch and manage your wedding:

  • Publishing & Saves: Publish your website live to the web and save all changes.
  • Custom Domains: Connect your own personal domain (e.g., www.yourname.com) or customize your free cordially.io subdomain.
  • Collaborators: Invite your partner, planner, or family members to help edit the website.
  • Guest & Event Management: Track your guest list, send invitations, and manage multiple events (like the rehearsal dinner or reception).
  • Online RSVP: Allow your guests to submit their attendance, meal choices, and responses directly through your website.
  • Media Uploads: Upload your own photos, engagement pictures, and gallery images.

Upgrading your workspace

Only the workspace Owner can upgrade a workspace.

  1. Go to your Workspace Settings from the dashboard.
  2. Click the upgrade or billing button.
  3. Complete the checkout via Stripe.

Once payment is complete, your workspace will be unlocked instantly.

Notes and limitations

  • Role access: Only workspace Owners can manage billing or upgrade. Editors can edit content but cannot access billing.
  • Payment processing: If your workspace does not upgrade immediately after checkout, please refresh the page or wait a few moments for Stripe to complete the transaction.
