Cordially workspaces support owner and editor roles.
Key concepts
Owners have full workspace control. Editors are trusted collaborators who can help manage content and operations without owner-only permissions.
Each collaborator uses their own Cordially account.
How it works
Owners can generate collaborator invite links from settings. Invited users accept the invite with their own account and then access the workspace as editors.
Role summary
Owners can manage billing, domains, collaborators, workspace deletion, content, guests, events, media, and publishing.
Editors can help with content, guests, events, media, and publishing according to current workspace permissions. Editors cannot manage billing, domains, collaborators, or destructive owner settings.
Notes and limitations
Granular role permissions beyond owner and editor are not available today.
