Overview
Cordially workspaces support Owner, Editor, and Guest Manager roles.
Key concepts
Owners have full workspace control. Editors are trusted collaborators who can help manage content and operations without owner-only permissions.
Each collaborator uses their own Cordially account.
How it works
Owners can generate collaborator invite links from settings. Invited users accept the invite with their own account and then access the workspace with the Editor or Guest Manager role chosen by the owner.
Role summary
Owners can manage billing, domains, collaborators, workspace deletion, content, guests, events, media, and publishing.
Editors can help with content, guests, events, media, and publishing according to current workspace permissions. Editors cannot manage billing, domains, collaborators, or destructive owner settings.
Guest Managers can work in Guests, including managing guest details and RSVP responses, importing and exporting guests, and organizing households and invitations. They cannot access the website or Save the Date editors, Events, Emails, or workspace settings.
Notes and limitations
Roles have fixed permissions. Persistent workspace changes require a paid workspace.
