Account security controls live in workspace settings.
Key concepts
Each editor or owner should use their own account. This keeps access tied to a specific user and workspace role.
Cordially settings include profile details, password controls, and login method controls such as connecting Google when available.
How it works
Open Settings and switch to the account section. From there, update profile details, add or change a password, and manage supported login methods.
Notes and limitations
Never share a Cordially account with a collaborator. Use collaborator invites so each person has their own access.
If you remove or delete account access, make sure ownership and workspace access are still correct before continuing.
