Welcome
Start here for the main Cordially concepts and the fastest path from workspace setup to a published wedding website.
Overview
Cordially helps couples build a wedding website and Save the Date, manage events and guests, collect RSVPs, send invitation email campaigns, and publish public surfaces from one workspace.
The product is organized around a structured editor rather than a blank canvas. You update fields, sections, images, events, and settings, and Cordially renders the website from that structured content.
Key concepts
- Workspace: the private dashboard for your wedding.
- Website editor: the place to update site content, design, images, preview modes, and publishing.
- Save the Date editor: an independently publishable invitation surface with contact collection.
- Guest list: the operational table for invitees, households, invitations, and RSVP status.
- Events: schedule records that can appear on the public site and participate in RSVP collection.
- Emails: reviewed Save the Date and Wedding Invitation campaigns with delivery history.
- Published site: the public wedding website served from a Cordially subdomain or active custom domain.
Common workflow
- Create an account and complete onboarding.
- Review the seeded website draft in the editor.
- Add or update events.
- Add or import guests and decide which events each guest is invited to.
- Preview the website, Save the Date, and RSVP flow.
- Publish the surfaces you are ready to share and review invitation email campaigns.
Notes and limitations
Only the Origins template is available today. More templates are planned, but public docs describe the current product unless a future feature is clearly marked.
Unpaid workspaces are demo workspaces. Real publishing, domain changes, collaborator invites, guest and event mutations, and media uploads are paid-workspace behavior.
